Refund policy

If you don't love your purchase, no problem! We accept returns in new, unaltered condition (no signs of wear, damage, makeup marks, no secondhand smoke odor) with tags intact within 30 days of original delivery date for a full refund.  Please include a note with your name, order number, and reason for return. We reserve the right to refuse any items not following these criteria and the item will be returned to you. We do not pay for return shipping fees.  We strongly recommend that you return your items with a tracking number.  Once we receive the return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process the refund.
